# eLab Founder Video Prompt

## Founder Video Submission

Please record a founder video of **2 minutes or less**.

In your video, explain:

1. **What you are building**
2. **Why customers urgently need it now**
3. **Why your team is uniquely positioned to win**
4. **How AI agents fundamentally change what your company can do**

Then, briefly answer **one** of the following:

- **Most Likely Failure Mode:** What is the most likely reason your company fails in the next 12 months? What evidence tells you this is the real risk, and what are you doing about it now?
- **90 Percent Fewer Humans:** If your company had to operate with 90% fewer humans than a traditional company in your category, what would be different in product, GTM, operations, and support?

## Video Rules

- No slides required
- At least one founder must appear on camera
- Speak plainly and specifically
- Record the video within 30 days of submission
- Do not read a script word-for-word
- Use real examples, numbers, and decisions where possible

## What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for polished marketing language. We are looking for:

- clarity of thought
- specificity
- urgency
- founder-market fit
- conviction
- agentic thinking
- judgment
- communication quality

## Submission Guidance

The best videos are concise, direct, and evidence-based. Avoid buzzwords. Where possible, include concrete customer pain, operating metrics, product decisions, or founder-specific insight.

A strong submission usually sounds like a founder explaining the company to a serious investor, not a brand video or a keynote.
